1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing suvo9 at https://suvo9.com and any of its associated subdomains or pages (collectively, "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and suvo9.

1.2 Amendments

suvo9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where applicable, by email to the address held on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C regularly.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

1.4 Platform Availability

suvo9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur. suvo9 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, including but not limited to missed bets, expired bonuses, or delayed withdrawals caused by maintenance periods.

1.5 Target Market

suvo9 is designed for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. The Platform operates in English and processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a suvo9 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of suvo9 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with suvo9 or a third-party gambling self-exclusion programme.

2.2 Registration Information

When creating your suvo9 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use false identities, aliases, or the personal information of any other person.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one suvo9 account. suvo9 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching, and identity document verification. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and suvo9 reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated during the period of duplication.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your suvo9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated tools or bots to access the Platform. You agree to notify suvo9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. suvo9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

suvo9 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time suvo9 deems necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

suvo9 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). suvo9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account status. suvo9 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in your suvo9 account balance within seconds of a successful transfer. suvo9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or banking system outages. 3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by suvo9 as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required identity verification checks. suvo9 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the suvo9 account holder.

3.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source, that they belong to you, and that they are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. suvo9 may request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions and account suspension.

3.6 Currency

All balances, transactions, and wagers on suvo9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. For Visa and Mastercard payments made in a non-BDT currency, your card issuer's exchange rate and applicable fees will apply.

4. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

suvo9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Bets placed on certain game categories or bet types may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

suvo9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; systematically betting on all outcomes of an event using bonus funds; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus wagering outcomes.

4.4 Promotional Participation

suvo9 reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in a specific promotion or from receiving future bonus offers at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. suvo9 also reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including in cases of technical error, fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use suvo9 solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and in any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You must not use suvo9 for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on suvo9 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating a duplicate account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or Platform malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting using promotional funds;
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the suvo9 platform, servers, or databases;
• Posting, uploading, or transmitting any harmful, defamatory, abusive, or illegal content through any communication feature of the Platform.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error on suvo9 (including incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect payout calculations, or game software faults), suvo9 reserves the right to void affected bets and wagers. suvo9 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and will return the relevant stake amounts to player balances where a bet is voided under this clause.

6. Age Restriction & Verification

6.1 Minimum Age

suvo9 is strictly an 18+ platform. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble on suvo9. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will not allow any person under the age of 18 to access your account or use your credentials to place wagers.

6.2 Age Verification Process

suvo9 may require you to provide documentary proof of age at any time. This will typically take the form of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or driving licence. Where age verification has been requested and not yet completed, suvo9 may restrict your account to prevent deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.3 Underage Account Discovery

If suvo9 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to the account will be returned to the original funding source. Any winnings accumulated by the underage player will be voided and will not be paid out. suvo9 will report such cases to relevant authorities where required by law.

6.4 Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor in your household may have accessed or is accessing suvo9, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We also encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gambling content on shared devices.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your suvo9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, suvo9 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (subject to completed KYC verification) and close the account. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited on closure. Account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion arrangement are subject to the additional terms set out in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by suvo9

suvo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a stated timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Account inactivity for a period defined in our inactive account policy;
• Any other reason where suvo9 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account is not in the best interests of the Platform or its player community.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. suvo9 will send a reminder notification to the email address on record prior to applying any inactivity policy. Any real-money balance remaining in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with suvo9's inactive account procedures, details of which are available from our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

suvo9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. suvo9 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suvo9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if suvo9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, suvo9's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to suvo9 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Services

suvo9 uses third-party game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay). suvo9 is not liable for any failure, error, or delay caused by these third-party services, nor for any loss suffered by a player as a result of such failure, error, or delay.

8.5 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. suvo9 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You agree to use suvo9 responsibly, within your personal financial means, and in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you feel that gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or personal harm, please contact our support team or refer to our Responsible Gaming page immediately.

8.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless suvo9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
